Food Planning
We'll develop a menu based on the types of food you desire. Our knowledge of how to feed large groups of people will enable us to buy the right amount of food for your event. We'll make sure everyone gets plenty to eat while keeping food waste to a minimum. This will allow you to get the most value out of your budget.
We're capable of attending to every detail from setting up to cleaning up. We'll integrate with your venue and cook so that you won’t have to worry about a thing. I contacted Every Detail Catering for a business lunch and the food was fantastic! My husband had recently used Chuck and his team for a reception following a golf event, and then EDC catered the year end golf luncheon. For all three events, the comments were phenomenal. The quality of the food is excellent. Everything is so fresh. They make the BEST tiramisu and also Eggplant Rollatini to die for. I used Every Detail Catering for a wedding shower on Saturday, May 18, 2019. The name speaks for itself. They were in control and in charge of every detail. No one had to lift a finger to help setup or serve food. Speaking of food. The food was very very very tasty. Let's start with the Hors d'oeuvres. They really prepared you for what was coming next. Mushrooms stuffed with crab. So good I thought I was in Maryland. The ribs were to die for. So tender, falling right off the bone. One woman was pregnant and with that, your taste buds change. She hasn't been able to eat or smell chicken for 6 month. That changed on Saturday. One of our selections was the chicken Marcello. She couldn't get enough of the chicken. Talk about finger licking good. I would recommend this company a 1000 times. Every Detail Catering never disappoints. We have used them a number of times for different occasions and our guests always rave about the food. We loved every dish they have made for us. They even created a few special order items for us with no problem. Chuck and Maria are so accommodating and professional. Recently Every Detail catered my daughter’s baby brunch the food was outstanding. They came and set everything up for us. The food is high quality and reasonably priced. Excellent in every aspect of catering! We hired Craig for a 75 person grand opening event of our new Facial Plastic Surgery office and he surpassed our expectations. The food was excellent! We had a very nice event but one of the major compliments that we recieved from our guests was the food. The bartender worked nonstop and made excellent drinks. The service was on time and on point. The price was beyond fair. In this day and age it's hard to find quality people that do honest and quality work, so this company is a gem! They are a 10 star by my rate! I had them do our Fire Company Installation dinner for around 120 people for the second year and they blow us away again! Everything was perfect! Chuck is awesome! I have never in my life had an event catered and he made the process so easy and fun! He catered my grand opening ribbon cutting ceremony and it was a huge hit. I wanted everyone to have fun after work and enjoy some good food. Someone asked if I had made the food???!! No way I told them. That was all Chuck and his staff. Food, service and the whole experience was above and beyond. Every Detail Catering does not disappoint. Practically NOTHING left over. Oh and my family is gluten / dairy free and he totally catered to that as well! I cannot thank you enough! Service was excellent from the first phone call to the delivery! I usually cook everything from scratch for all my parties, but this time I decided to have it catered. Chuck came highly recommended, so I decided to take a chance and I am so happy I did! The food was very tasty and generous! Every Detail Catering was the perfect choice for our new baby granddaughter's party at my house this past Sunday. The food and service were excellent! Chuck went above and beyond to make sure our event was everything we hoped it would be and more. Our server, Jenny, was very attentive and made sure all of our guests were taken care of. She even packed all the leftovers in disposable containers that they provided!
